The Global Workplace Services Program Manager drives the overall program strategy for services, amenities, and the Wellness program across Intel's global portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the global program strategy/goals, partner with regional and site teams to execute this strategy, track program performance and lead global program initiatives. You will drive amazing workplace experiences, seek out the developing trends (both inside and outside of Intel), and you will drive the efforts to deliver positive value through greater productivity, sustainability, and efficiency.

As an CS Global Workplace Services Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for overall program strategy for Intel’s global wellness program and fitness centers, and workplace services and amenities.
- Develop and document program standards aligned with industry best practice (i.e., service offerings, hospitality expectations, design/experience playbook, etc.).
- Manage and execute to the program governance model to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, service utilization, service delivery quality and supplier health.
- Track and report program financial performance.
- Manage and execute program marketing and communication strategy.
- Track and refine continuous improvement roadmaps to advance service delivery and employee experience.
- Drive close partnerships with other global Workplace Services program managers.
- Provide Workplace Services Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to all regional and local teams.
- Project management: Coordinate and schedule wellness programs and events in alignment with global strategy and program roadmap.
- Supplier sponsor: Manage relationship and contract expectations for Exos, Intel’s global fitness supplier.
- Collaborate and partner with other business units, ERGs, workplace services, and wellness stakeholders to cross-promote wellness services and deliver holistic employee programming.
Note: This will be a 1-year contract role.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities soft services, hospitality, event management, or similar experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert developing presentations and delivering to audiences of all sizes and levels in the organization.
- Strong data analytics.
- Proven leadership, a self-starter, and team player with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
- Program Management - KPI Tracking, Program Execution.
- Project Management - Project/Program Planning, Project Coordination, Project Execution. PMP or other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Stakeholder Management - experience effectively managing relationships and partnering with many stakeholders, varying in seniority, to execute effectively.
- Supplier Management - experience in managing supplier contracts, relationships, and managing global/regional programs and projects.
- Analytical skillset - skills and experience working with collating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting out data to gain insight and drive performance improvement.
Experience in the subject areas of hospitality, event management, workplace experience, workplace services, wellness programs, corporate communications, and employee engagement.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$52,000.00-$200,000.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.More Information
