ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as a Clinical Nurse working and sharing your experience in our Cardiac Catheter Lab at our state-of-the-art Chermside location. This is a Permanent Part Time role offering 64 hours per fortnight working alongside our clinical team and supporting our patients and their families.

Our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory department is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse who is interested in being a clinical lead for our team. This role undertakes a number of tasks including team leading, education, and graduate support portfolio responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU:


As a Clinical Nurse with high standards and experience, you will need to have the following:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.

  • Minimum of 12-months recent acute nursing experience in a hospital environment.

  • Cardiac to Cath Lab / Emergency / Perioperative experience is desirable.

  • Current Advanced Life Support Certification.

  • Be a proactive team player.

  • Demonstrated advanced level organisation and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to be rostered over a variety of shifts.

This position is a good career development opportunity for an experienced Level 1 RN to progress into a Level 2 role.
