We are looking for exceptionally smart and driven people who believe AI will change the world and would like to join us our exciting journey.We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for our team that will lead initiatives in support of ensuring program, product, timing, and quality are at the highest standards.Responsibilities will include:The role involves working on customer projects and as well developer-ecosystem projects by working directly with the world-wide Gaudi application engineering team.Using your program management expertise to translate into actionable results and leveraging excellent communication and coordination skills to bring the best out of multiple technical teams.Decision making authority at the program level, using GitHub, Jira, planning and tracking tools to handle cross organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity.Reporting on key milestones and driving progress towards those milestones.Commitment to ongoing learning and development pertaining to AI/ML.This role requires the use of the following skills:Experience with roadmap planning, change control, forecasting and release process management.Strong business and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing individuals and teams.Proven leadership skills to leverage cross group talent and relationships to achieve goals.Excellent communication skills with demonstrated expertise to articulate and up-level information based on the audience.A desire to learn and lead through ambiguity.Self-motivated and willing to take additional responsibilities over time to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of industry work experience, or a Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of industry work experience including the following: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program management and development in Software industry. 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams with a proven track record of meeting project commitments. 2+ years of experience working with data-center customers or data-center projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Software Engineering Manager or team lead for a Software Engineering team. 1+ years of experience in AI / Deep Learning technologies. 1+ years of experience in managing effective customer relationships
