Job Description: 

Manages the India Business operation process. Partners with sales team to drive growth across Business Units. Sets priorities for the team, gets results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance. Partners with Sales team on strategic demand loading to enable strategic opportunities. Drives development of data analysis models, techniques and reporting structures to inform process improvements in the sales function. Oversees creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales finance reporting. Leads sales operations initiatives and improvement projects for assigned regions. Develops and manages projects involving standardization of processes/tools and optimization of sales operations productivity. Responsible for driving accountability with Sales, applying differentiated performance management, and driving towards country goals. Role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment. Planning and Business Growth: a) Implement Go To Market (GTM) plans for market expansion and Business growth in India b) Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and product offerings through market analysis and competitor research in partnership with regional strategy office. c) Collaborate across India Sales team to align on strategies and initiatives. d) GSI being one of the growth pillars, enable growth Plans, strategies and help growth GSI Business KPI and Pipeline Performance Management: a) Monitor performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions. b) Hold regular cadence to review pipeline and drive accountability with sales team on KPI. c) Act as local champion for sales transformation initiatives, improving processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement. d) Foster a productive work environment, promoting Intel values, effective communication, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 2) Proven experience in sales operations management, strategic planning, and business development. 3) Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions. 4) Excellent leadership skills, Effective communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 5) Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets. 6) Experience working in a multinational corporation and familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a plus.
