Job Description: 

We're looking for an energetic and inspiring leader who is willing to take risks to drive innovation forward. Come lead a team of State Sales Managers in India and be part of Intel's next wave of growth through the Data-Centric era. The India Sate Business Development Leader would be responsible for growing both direct sales and partner revenue through innovation, developing and implementing scale programs, delivering a world-class customer support experience, while putting customer success at the forefront of our business at all times.

The State Business Development Leader would develop the partner business plan, implement partner programs, build relationships and enable co-selling between partner and Intel's sales team, drive indirect billing and/or consumption through partners, while promoting Intel's products and services to end customers. Collaborate with product groups and other key internal stakeholders to develop and drive IPA program expansion. The individual would also need to keep abreast of the partner ecosystem trends and bring innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry.
Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates different teams on market creation, training, POC etc. to ensure successful execution and team performance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Envisioning, planning, and executing strategies to grow adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions with partners in state.
- Exploring innovative business and technology opportunities within state by helping customers solving their problems through the deployment of Intel-based products and solutions
- Acting as voice back to Intel and ensure opportunities are leveraged to bring business outcomes.
- Collaborating on marketing strategies and execution to build on the world-class Intel brand and accelerate demand.
- Building strong, productive relationships with business associates, including OEMs, distributors, value added resellers, retailers, independent software vendors, developers, and system integrators to foster innovation and achieve Intel objectives.
- Leading and developing a high performing team
- Managing day to day execution to deliver on short term business goals.
- Role modelling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect and inclusion.

Also, you must possess and demonstrate, the following skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
- Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record in leading teams of Partner and End-Customer sales managers to drive customer alignment with corporate strategies along with the following skills and experience:
- Business development with minimum 15 years' experience in leading IT company, SI/ISV, Partners with track record delivering business results.
-Proven track record delivering sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations
- Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.
- Track record of applying a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges with the ability to envision and deliver next-generation technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Ability to think strategically and inspire internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and can-do spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field. Masters is a plus.
