The PMO and Best Practices Lead will be responsible for driving process improvement and change within the Occupancy Planning team on the account.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing standard occupancy planning templates, deliverables, process maps, workflows, and playbooks for:
    • Occupancy Planning (OP) Projects
    • Ongoing OP and Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) related Standard Work
  • Co-leading workshops with the Client Workplace Planning leader as needed to drive the creation and approval of the above standardized processes and documents
  • In conjunction with the Client Workplace Planning leader, co-lead training on standardized OP processes and documents for the combined Client and JLL OP team.

Reporting

Ability to create accurate and credible planning reports to support Corporate Real Estate decision making including space, demand and utilization tracking.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

125,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
