Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours). Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/service opportunities in customer organization. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.

コンサルティングプロジェクト活動を通じて、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を推進して、お客様とともに成果を出すことが我々の使命です。お客様が抱える課題、潜在課題を洗い出し、課題を解決するDXの推進方向性を決定し、各DX Solutionの設計へ落とし込みます。各Solutionの実装、運用までカバーし、PDCAをお客様とともに実践することにより、成果まで共に歩みます。また、お客様のマネージャーとのやり取りや、コスト・スケジュールなどのモニタリングを含む、プロジェクト管理も実施いただくことがあります。

各コンサルタントのパフォーマンスは、２種類の方法で評価します。

　1) 稼働率/Utilization (有償のProject時間で週のx%以上を埋める)

　2) 定性・定量の結果/Result(ご自身のキャリアプランにおいて注力したい点を会社・部門方針と照らし合わせて評価)

例えば、お客様と共に達成した成果、サービス提案活動・受注、アカウントマネジメントへの貢献、お客様の事例化・情報発信、部門Initiativeへの貢献など

ビジネスコンサルタントとしてプロジェクトに参加する際に、案件の要件に応じて役割の差異があります。１つは、お客様のビジネスにおけるデジタル顧客体験の戦略を描き、実行計画をつくるビジネスリード。２つめは、デジタル顧客体験を実行フェーズでにおいて施策立案から技術実装までを支援するオペレーションリード。お客様との契約内容に応じ、上記２つの役割いずれにも対応できるコンサルタントとして成長の機会が与えられます。

アドビが提唱するビジネスコンサルタントロールは様々な役割を担いますが、各役割共通、以下のようなコンサルティングスキルを必要とします。

• お客様のビジネスインパクトを算出・測定

• アドビDX Solutionを導入したいお客様のビジネス要件を定義

• 顧客体験(CX)の定義・設計

• アドビDX Solutionの設計・実装

• DX施策立案、実行結果分析によるマーケティング高度化提案

• お客様からの要求変更に応じてプロジェクトを管理
