Adobe’s Digital Imaging team is looking for a full time Program Manager to support the Photoshop team. We are seeking an experienced program manager who can lead cross-functional teams and projects to successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organisation, and technical skills and have a strong agile background delivering products effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, and other technical leaders  to clarify project goals and deliverables
• Drive teams on their commitments towards business objectives and key results
• Craft schedules, timelines, and milestones that structure the project and establish accountability.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage internal and external dependencies and collaborate effectively with teams across the world.
• When necessary, escalate issues and risks to appropriate stakeholders and create mitigation plans
• Streamline and automate the roll-up of status reporting that is given to management
• Champion and monitor processes and agile practices across the teams

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager and mastery of Agile and Scrum practices
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technologies and demonstrated attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience shipping products in an agile environment with focus on process and metrics.
• Bachelor of engineering
