The Coordinator, Live Entertainment & Special Events will be responsible for:
- Responsible and link with Finance, managing all the administrative control of the area, contracts with vendors, etc.
- Responsible and link with ILS (International Labor Standards), verifying that all vendors and partners producing Disney Branded items have their FAMAs and audits in order.
- Development of post-mortem reports for each event.
- Concentrate, register and organize the financial and conceptual information of events in the Revenue File.
- Responsible for researching different events and new vendors.
- Responsible of keeping calendars up to date.
- Responsible for Disney Sculptures assets management
- Mastery of Disney guidelines and policies to always ensure the care of all our brands.
- Support on Corporate Events (Upfronts, Townhalls, etc)
- Provide support and service to all LOBs that meet their needs. Especially Corporate, Consumer Products and Marketing Franchise.
- Produce virtual and in-person events.
- P&L responsibility, budget and planning for each event.
- Responsible for Disney Sculptures assets management.
What we need from you be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years working for event agencies or international companies.
- Experience event production, marketing, or business (is a plus).
- Preferred Industries: Marketing, Promotions, Business, Live Entertainment.
- Advanced level of English is a must.
- Skills / key Competences: Result oriented, experience working under pressure with deadlines, experience managing several events simultaneously, must be able to interact with all levels of management, strong relationship building skills and a highly professional “client service orientation".
- Technical / specific expertise: experience working with agencies, producers, promoters, experience creating and evolving experiences that show the value of the company.
- Candidates must be available to work some weekends.
