About the Role & Team

As an Environmental Integration Analyst, you will develop and analyze environmental target initiatives and report on progress to targets for Walt Disney World and Disney Parks Experiences overall.

In this position, you will also work with key partners including Facility and Operations Services, Industrial Engineering, Energy Service Providers, Corporate, Finance, Operations, Environmental Integration team and others to accurately measure implemented initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the Environmental Integration Senior Analyst.

What You Will Do

• Support the analytics, reporting, and presentations for the EI team.
• Produce Environmental Scorecards for Disney Experiences, Walt Disney World and other sites, ensure data accuracy, provide ad-hoc scorecard-related data analyses, and perform forecasting for all sites overall.
• Deliver timely input of WDW quarterly waste data into the Corporate database, provide variance analyses, research cause of change, quarterly WDW waste progress to target report out, and ad hoc analyses.
• Responsible for the data collection, data consolidation, QA/QC, and overall management of regular/recurring data processes that are required for reporting that will be provided to site leaders.
• In partnership with Industrial Engineering, you will develop measurement methodology for behavioral initiative pilots.
• You will develop and maintain positive service-oriented relationships with EI team, partners and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a role with data analysis
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy, Snowflake, FigBytes and Database environments
• Life-cycle analysis experience
• Environmental work experience
• Familiarity with the Disney’s Environmental Targets
• Proven success collaborating with a range of partners understanding multiple perspectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results for the Food & Beverage line of business
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and an inquisitiveness to determine explanations, with an ability to consolidate multiple sources of information/analyses into a cohesive story/recommendation
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive demeanor, generating innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Ability to learn and work independently
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts operations and business units

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, industrial engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics or related field
