The opportunity

Do you want to empower everyone to make data-driven decisions? Do you enjoy turning data into actionable insights that anyone can consume? The Data & Insights design team is looking for an exceptional designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross-cloud and cross-product reporting and insights. Our goal is to transform complex data into accessible, actionable insights that empower decision-makers across various roles within digital marketing experience.

What you'll do 

  • Drive - passion and ability to drive from ambiguity to understanding to detailed designs and to drive alignment and reduce complexity through visual storytelling and design artifacts

  • Collaborate - work closely with cross-product stakeholders and experts to design innovative and coherent experiences

  • Simplify - leverage capabilities across Adobe to build cross-cloud and cross-product workflows that allow for end to end data-driven workflows

  • Analyze - define and measure key user experience success metrics to continuously identify gaps and opportunities 

  • Connect - bring order through connect dots and structured design problem solving

  • Mentor - provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment and encouraging professional growth.

What you need to succeed

Must-haves:

  • Proven leadership in designing and launching sophisticated yet intuitive products

  • Proficiency in managing large-scale workflows, automation, and data visualization
  • Solid experience with marketing, creative, and data tools used by enterprise-level teams and companies
  • Exceptional design skills combined with a keen sense of business intuition
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working collaboratively with various teams and departments
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including effective storytelling

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience working within an enterprise creative team

  • A college degree or equivalent experience in design, focusing on UX, graphic design, HCI, or a similar field

  • Advanced understanding of, and dedication to, accessible and inclusive design

About Adobe Design

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,900 -- $252,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
