The Challenge

We are hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our APAC Solution Customer Success team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and build strong partnerships, drive adoption of our products/solutions, and ultimately ensure they realise value from their investment.

The candidate we are seeking is focused, organised and highly motivated with an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud solutions to manage the partnership between Adobe and our customers. Working directly with our customers to understand business and technical requirements, we develop solutions to ensure success!

What you'll do

  • Accountable for Customer’s overall success with Adobe, including adoption of Adobe’s solutions, improving customer health, and bringing confirmed value to customers 

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with proactive communication, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively using the customer engagement model to align, track and evolve customer business goals

  • Lead customer discovery - uncovering customer pain points , mapping workflows and aligning Adobe solutions to solve key business challenges whilst work with extended Adobe team to help customers realise the potential of their investment.

  • Lead and deliver product enablement / demo’s as required for the customer

  • Drive adoption of Adobe products by understanding industry needs and applying best practice to meet customer needs 

What you need to succeed

  • 10 + years relevant work experience within Customer Success and working with large Commercial Enterprise customers

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients.

  • Experience with Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud (Digital Media) Solutions greatly advantageous or similar solutions in market

  • Experience driving customer business transformation via product and service offerings

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure with exceptional presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
