Job Description:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects utilizing Adobe Experience Manager and experience in leading scrum team as the product owner.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the vision and strategy for digital marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on maximizing business value and stakeholder needs.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• Work with marketing and technical teams to implement best practices and enhance content visibility and user acquisition.
• Foster an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Analyze performance data from Analytics and SEO to drive website optimization and improve user engagement.
• Demonstrate the business value and adoption of implemented solutions through detailed metrics and reports.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets their evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital marketing or related fields.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven track record of improving website performance.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in value-based project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into business benefits and vice versa.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe).
• Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
