The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll be a key partner in shaping our future by influencing and designing solutions, championing smooth transitions, and navigating HR processes to support senior management. You'll also play a vital role in nurturing talent by partnering with leaders to develop our workforce, fostering a culture of continuous growth, and providing strategic guidance on talent strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to develop innovative solutions that optimize people, processes, and structures for peak performance.
  • Guide leaders and teams through organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Become an expert in HR operations, confidently navigating channels, structures, and decision-making processes to empower senior managers.
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent needs, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Leverage your coaching expertise to empower individuals and teams for continuous growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent strategies and opportunities to inform sound decision-making.
  • Analyze situations thoroughly and apply data insights to inform productive decision-making.
  • Partner with senior managers on performance management, ensuring fair and effective outcomes.
  • Assess employee engagement and coach management on fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to foster a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for thoughtful decision-making and champion diverse perspectives.
  • Foster strong and trusting relationships with individuals from various teams within the organization, effectively navigating a complex work environment.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of business operations and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A proven change champion with the ability to advise senior management on effective leadership during transitions.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (and potentially an advanced degree) in a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience through 10-14 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, embracing ambiguity and staying productive under pressure.
  • A collaborative professional who excels in fostering connections with a diverse range of individuals and adapting communication strategies to various audiences.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • A decision-maker who relies on data and uses insights to influence decisions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and contribute to strategic organizational design processes.
