The community events team at Adobe has a group of coordinators that produce high-quality, inspiring engagements for a diverse range of customers from Creative Professionals who use Creative Cloud to marketers who use Adobe Express. We are looking for an experienced events community manager with at least 7 years of experience organizing community events to join our team in North America.  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced events planner to coordinate and execute events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event planning process, from initial concept development to event execution and follow-up.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Work with their manager to understand their event goals and execute events that align with those goals.  

  • Coordinate with our team to onboard vendors and suppliers to secure event spaces, equipment, and services. 

  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, travel, and marketing materials.  

  • Coordinating speakers and internal staff for multiple events in each city.  

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that events are delivered within budget constraints.  

  • Manage event timelines and ensure that all elements of the event are executed on time and to a high standard.  

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.  

What You Will Bring 

  • BA/BS degree preferred or 7+ years of experience in event planning in a technology corporate event setting or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously  

  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools  

  • Enjoys working with our community and building relationships  

  • Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Express products  

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time throughout North America.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $206,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
