Job Description:

Your responsibilities: 

• Identifies and selects appropriate transport model(s) and plans transport routes to minimize costs whilst meeting service requirements; 
• Negotiates contracts and pricing agreements for transportation and logistics services;
• Ensures shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule;
• Prepares administrative transportation documentation. Fulfils shipping, packing and marking procedures per project requirements;
• Liaises with forwarders for freight quotes, documentation, and delivery.
• Participates in local/regional projects as required;
• Ensures product packing availability and controls the quality of the packing process;
• Support production on BI packing, packing and shipping of spare parts;

Your background: 

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree; 
• Experience in similar position is an advantage; 
• Good level of written and verbal communication in English; 
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (MS Excel, MS, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook); 
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage; 
• Good time management and task prioritization; 
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies; 
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
