We are looking for a progressive-minded, innovative Cybersecurity leader, who can whiteboard and successfully provide innovative security professional services to our customers.
You'll manage and work in client-based teams of consultants and experts to take a holistic approach to establish cyber resiliency and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy tailored to the organization and its business priorities.
You will be expected to work closely with Board and Directors, executive management, and as well as senior technical leaders, Cybersecurity technologies, architects, developers and operators. Therefore, you will have articulate business risks of technical vulnerabilities and identify and communicate findings to client personnel.

Responsibilities: You will
- Help clients understand and quantify cyber exposures, evaluate cyber resiliency strategies and building long-term cyber capabilities for our clients.
- Work with senior management to develop a cybersecurity improvement strategy and roadmap to improve maturity and reduce risk.
- Quantify cyber exposures, evaluate cyber resiliency strategies as well as use our proprietary assessments to deliver our core methodologies. This involves gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing and communicating recommendations during client presentations.
- Delivers and oversees cybersecurity projects – identifies, evaluates, and remediates potential vulnerabilities, and develops cyber solutions, internal processes.
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with peers, internal business partners, and external vendors. Provides advice in terms of team direction, tactical responsibilities, and effective controls.
Areas of Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
- Extensive Cybersecurity Experience: 5+ years of work experience in cybersecurity consulting preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong client-focused mindset; A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships within the energy sector. Proven ability to understand client needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver solutions that align with client objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in overseeing and mentoring consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving successful project delivery.
- Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex cybersecurity challenges, utilizing innovation, the latest technologies and best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes the capability to author compelling thought leadership pieces.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other industry-recognized certifications would be highly desirable.
- Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
