We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inland Transport Dispatcher to join our small team in Hamburg. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and invoicing import and export LTL / FTL transport orders. You will work closely with internal and external vendors and subcontractors, purchase transport services, monitor and verify incoming invoices, and manage claims. You will also provide excellent customer support in German and English languages.

Responsibilities

* Organize, monitor, and invoice import and export LTL / FTL transport orders

* Close communication with internal and external vendors and subcontractors

* Purchase transport services

* Monitor and verify incoming invoices

* Claim management towards internal and external vendors and sub-contractors

* Customer support in German and English language

* Cooperation in projects to develop the department

Requirements

* Truck or seafreight dispatcher/planner experience

* Hands-on mentality

* Enjoys building strong relations with vendors and subcontractors

* Strong communication skills to manage vendors and subcontractors

* Strong customer orientation and a high degree of solution orientation

* Professional German level
