The Employee Experience team plays a key role in creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace that reflects our core values. The Employee Experience team helps drive Adobe’s success by enabling all of our people to do and be their best. Key areas of focus include Business Partnering, Employee Insights, Rewards, Talent Selection, Talent Development, Technology, Global Workplace Solutions and Employee Resource Center.

What you'll do

  • Delivering intentional & proactive support to our front-line managers  to the objective of elevating managerial efficiency (specifically for front-line managers)
  • Providing engagement insights & trends to managers; crafting platforms to connect, collaborate & co-create best practices
  • Own Managerial enablement journey (onboarding, ongoing coaching & guidance) in partnership with TD & HRBP
  • Partner with the respective EXBPs to complete business strategies, delivering programs curated for our front-line managers
  • Partner & collaborate with ERC to bring together case trends & insights to deploy targeted interventions to raise awareness, compliance & execution of policies and programs.
  • Provide thematic insights on country-level managerial effective scores (AES scores) and follow through on manager action plans/priority leaders/different FLM personas
  • Drive Check-in effectiveness, managing performance & feedback conversations enablement & awareness for front-line managers
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners at all levels of the business as well as EXBPs, Legal, COE's, and external advisors.

What you need to succeed

  • MBA Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years relevant working experience in area of Human Resources or Organizational Development in a global organization. Operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Significant knowledge in culture building & change management with experience implementing enterprise wide change initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset, able troubleshooter adept at analyzing information, diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate solutions to HR partners and business leaders.
  • Strong client management skills with a proven history of quickly gaining credibility and the ability to work with stakeholders, including business leaders
  • Skilled at using effective listening, probing, and investigatory skills to handle complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues
  • Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service perfection while handling high-volume
