Job Description:

Your responsibities:

• Integrating the new technologies to accelerate the development for switchgears in SF6 and EconiQ product portfolio within Hitachi Energy.
• Timely planning and coordinating of the R&D resource according to the priority of R&D project at different ratings and voltage levels.
• Guiding and accelerating individual development under the orientation of global R&D strategy and business requirement.
• Guiding and reviewing the product development procedures and results on to ensure the fulfillment of R&D gate model and R&D quality.
• Lead and support root causes analyses and field quality issue to enhance the product reliability and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Encourage innovation and problem solving in daily activities, create continuous improvement team culture.

Your background:

• Master or PhD in dielectrics, electrical and mechanical engineering and other related fields.
• Understand of HV switchgear products and power grid applications among different locations and markets.
• Understand the product development workflow in HV products and with experience of project management and deliveries.
• Sound experience on 3d product design workflow and drawing process with tools such as Cero, AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Self-motivated attitude, structural and systematic thinking, proactive with daily global R&D collaboration.
• Good oral, writing, listening and good presentation skill is required. Experience in global enterprise and oversea working experience is a plus.
