Your responsibilities:
- Lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets.
- Lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure.
- Facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc.
- Ensure the living Group’s core values of safety and integrity of the sales team.
- Team management and people development.

Your background:
- Bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus.
- 8+ years sales and 3+ years sales team management experience.
- Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven.
- Team management and people development experience.
- Good English & MS Office skills.
- Adapt to frequent travel.
