Area Sales Manager - (HE)Office_Xi'An Xi Xian New District

Your responsibilities:

• You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets. and lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure. 

• You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc. 

• You will ensure the living Group’s core values of safety and integrity of the sales team. 

• You will be responsible in Team management and people development.

Your background:  

• Bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus. 

• More than 8 years sales experience.

• 3+ years sales team management experience. 

• Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven. 

• Team management and people development experience. 

• Adapt to frequent travel. 

• Good English & MS Office skills.
