Your responsibilities

  • You lead the project team allocated to the project 
  • You define main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
  • You provide feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects
  • You plan documents including scope and financial plans and take care of risk management
  • You ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies 
  • You effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization
  • You capture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project
  • You ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed 
  • You drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer
  • You support the Supply Chain Management and coordinate tasks 

 
Your background

  • You have a Masters degree in Management Engineering or something similar
  • You have work experience in moving material, equipment installation and in coordinating different teams
  • You have experience with Engineering, procurement, and construction Projects
  • You bring the availability to travel
  • You have knowledge with SAP
  • You are flexible, proactive and result oriented 
  • You speak Englisch and German
