  Hitachi Rail STS is seeking Project Resources in various functional areas to support our Ontario Line RSSOM Project. The positions will be based in downtown Toronto.

  Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Associate degree in any related field or Equivalent experience.
• Ontario P. Eng (APEO) certified preferable

• Languages:

  Fluent in English.

  Skills & Knowledge:

• Project Lifecycle Experience in large enterprise Infrastructure environment /projects in Rail Transit/Energy/Power/Construction. Transit Experience preferred.
• Systems and process knowledge and skills in Quality, HSE, Planning and Control, Project and Contract Management areas.
• Must have strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office (focus on Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
• Ability to apply principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the de
• sign and documentation of service processes.
• Knowledge of specific methods and techniques / Root cause analysis to identify the true cause of system or process failures.
• Ability to research and identify specialized resources inside or outside of the organization that will effectively meet the needs of the situation.
• Must be able to communicate clear expectations to the resource, monitor deliverables, evaluate and record results, contact information and other data for future use.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with other departments.
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
• Available for short business travels.

• Required Eligibility:
• Legally able to work in Canada.
• Clear criminal background check.
• 3 days osite presence
