The Product Group:

IOT Security Product Group is focussed on developing products and solutions for ICS/ OT and other IOT verticals like Healthcare. The charter for the team is to use CrowdStrike’s platform capabilities and threat intelligence, and build modules and features, integrate with partner products and platforms to establish ourselves as the leading security vendor in this space.

About Role:

This is a Technical Engineering Manager role that is responsible for owning and delivering functions/ features for Falcon Insight (EDR) module for IOT from concept to release and support. Falcon Insight is CS flagship EDR tool. He/ She would work closely with product management to understand the customer requirements and define the delivery roadmap for the same. The role would require the person to collaborate with other Engineering and partner teams, form the right strategy and deliver an innovative product that can scale horizontally across verticals for required use cases.

This person would also own the team culture and will be responsible for building the team who work well together and raise the bar for a good working environment. The engineering leader will focus on the organizational health while meeting or exceeding engineering deliverable goals. This includes working across the organization and time zones for collaboration. Strong communication and organizational skills across geographys is essential.

The successful candidate should have had experience building and leading teams focused on scalable cybersecurity products. Work experience in ICS/OT security in medium to large OT environments is essential. This involves understanding the domain and systems and software like SCADA servers, HMI, EW, DCS and understanding how adversaries may exploit these resources to advance their modes of interest. This role would also own the content needed for building the modules.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow the Insight for IOT technical team as needed

• Own product delivery and its features and content from concept to delivery and support.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and multi-functional team across various physical locations including product management and other engineering disciplines and partners/ vendors

• Work with a team of high-performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment

• Other projects as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in development and management of technology products.

• Proven experience in IOT/ ICS and OT security, automation and systems / software like HMI, SCADA servers, EWs and other Purdue Model L2/L3 systems, network architecture, protocols

• Excellent skills to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a distributed team across functional groups and partners

• Experience of delivering scalable cybersecurity products

• Familiarity and experience with the Agile process

• Familiarity with IOT security compliance standards and processes, such as NERC-CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443 or AWIA etc. is good to have
