About the Role

Crowdstrike is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Pune Sales Operations team. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part in the shared service centre responsible for responding to case load and inquiries from the Global Sales team.

The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, able to manage a multitude of stakeholders at various levels across competing priorities, highly proficient communication skills, able to provide insights by analysing and translating large amounts of data, and have a strong understanding of sales business processes. This person should feel comfortable training new hires, and reviewing more junior analysts’ work and providing feedback as necessary.

What You'll Do:

  • Case Management: Acts as a POC for all complex Salesforce.com user support issues with the Sales organisation. Managing, monitoring, and executing tasks from the case management queue ensuring timely support. Monitor cases handled by Peers to maintain the quality of work and provide feedback when necessary and handle escalations as necessary.

  • Sales Excellence: Ensure the appropriate operation support mechanisms are in place to manage and meet the needs of the business.

  • Enablement: Facilitating on-boarding and training for new associates. Providing insight and feedback on employee performance reviews. New hire onboarding for Sales teams on all sales related tools and platforms driving effectiveness and productivity.

  • Process Documentation: Developing and/or refining SOPs across a multitude of Sales Ops Business processes and communicating changes with stakeholders accordingly.

  • Reporting: Working on the CRM tool Salesforce, Uploading/Updating the data in SF through ETL tools (Apex Data Loader & Inspector) under different SF Objects (Account, Contact, Lead, Activity, Opportunity, Cases etc). Creates report and dashboards in SF which is helpful in generating business insights. Enhance, develop and review KPI and dashboard reporting for sales operations case management function.

  • Business Consulting: Working closely with diverse user groups from field Sales reps to senior and regional management in sales, marketing, Finance, SFDC IT and other functions to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information providing analytical insights and creating processes around them.

  • Understanding of Territory management is a plus: Enterprise Territory Management (ETM): A database tool that stores your Territory Hierarchy information and manages the relationship between Accounts, Territories, and Users.

  • Automation of Processes: Work with necessary team to remove the manual intervention which ultimately helps in saving time and improving process. (Preparing requirement documents, performing UAT's in sandbox and also performs Quality Analysis after the project has been deployed)

What You'll Need:

Essentials:

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment

  • 6+ years of Sales Operations experience in a similar industry.

  • Previous experience with SFDC and SFDC tools like Data Loader preferable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Experience managing, configuring, and creating role hierarchy and forecast hierarchy in Salesforce.com

  • Experiences in dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting with tools such as Tableau

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc SQL is a plus)

  • Advanced proficiency in SFDC, CLARI and Enterprise Territory planning is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills are a must with good command over written and spoken English.

  • Experience of working with Senior Management teams

  • Self-starter, proactive and willing to make a difference, with a track record of achievements

Shift Time (should be flexible):  5PM – 2 AM OR 7PM to 4AM
