What You'll Do

• Support the tax operations of foreign subsidiaries (including income tax returns, indirect tax returns, advance tax, income tax provision, etc.)

• Knowledge of the tax operations of Israel and IFRS is preferred.

• Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentations and calculations, including functional interviews, information gathering and financial analysis.

• Review and analyze financial data for tax computations and analyses.

• Maintain and update advanced tax models, such as Pillar Two, transfer pricing forecasts, etc. 

• Prepare and review necessary communications, i.e. memos, summaries, and tax audits correspondences.

• Assist with U.S. international tax computations and analyses, such as foreign tax credit, FDII, Section 987, DCL, etc.

• Support team members on special projects, business transaction and administrative tasks as needed.

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years of related experience required, with recent 2+ year experience in large, multinational U.S. C-corporation (SaaS company preferred), specializing in international tax.

• Experience in preparing U.S. and OECD transfer pricing calculations and documentation studies preferred.

• Experience in U.S. international tax computations and analyses preferred.

• Proficiency in excel.

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate across different teams within the organization

Shift Time: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
