What will you do in this role?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To coordinate, maintain, and provide exceptional attention to detail to our Denver Market Leader and various market senior leaders by performing the following:
- Executive/Personal assistant to the Market Leader and Market departmental leaders
- Maintains all NAHB accounts and enrolls staff in events
- Orders all supplies for Denver Market Offices. Alerts Source of New Community openings so they can be added to delivery rotation
- Coordinates employee Farewell gatherings
- Prepares personal and company expense reports
- Coordinates Denver Division Town Halls
- Coordinates Travel as needed
- Provide additional support to each Market (Denver, Utah, Colorado Springs, or Arizona) as needed
- Coordinates all trade partner gatherings (Vendor Town Hall, Vendor BBQ, Vendor Golf Tournament)
- Notary services
- Prepares training materials for all new sales hires
- Books POD deliveries for customer care warranty work and maintains company account
- Codes and submits weekly Sales Invoices
- Coordinates Retreats and Summits (unrelated to Pat Hamill and Harman Hall)
- Maintains rates and relationships with hotels and venues we use as a company
- Communicates with and maintains a relationship with the company travel agent
- Books travel for and remain in contact with out-of-town candidates. Also, submit their travel expenses (Uber, Hotel, etc.) for reimbursement
- Maintains Corporate AmEx card and expenses
- Serves as backup for Personal Assistant to the CEO and Homebuilding President in their absence
- Serves as backup for the Front Desk as needed
- Coordinates and enrolls staff for out-of-state seminars
- General Admin Duties (Business cards, errands, covering front desk as needed, lunch ordering, Notary services).
- Perform related projects as assigned by either director
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
You Have:
- High school diploma or GED required plus 5 year’s administrative experience preferred
- Excellent computer proficiencies in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience providing travel arrangements, processing invoices and expense reports for payment, and scheduling meetings on and off sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with internal and external customers.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures and suggest changes when inefficiencies are noticed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

- Expected Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary - This position is eligible for additional performance incentives.
