JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Clerical/ NPS Coordinator
Reports to: Service/Sales Manager
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
The NPS/Office Clerical person is responsible for calling customers and asking questions about their home buying experience. They relay that information onto fellow team members and retailers in efforts to make the home buyer satisfied with their purchase. They perform multiple administrative duties that strongly contribute to the efficiency of the organization. The role deals with many facets of our business from Sales & Service. This position is in a Team Environment. This position is on site, no remote schedule offered.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
General
- Utilize professional etiquette to call customers asking a set of questions provided
- Sharing information from the customer calls with retailers through email & phone conversations
- Tracking the calls and information on an Excel spreadsheet
- Tracking the number of calls made in a day/week/month
- Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Data Entry
- Creating Fed-Ex Labels
- Accounts Payable
CORE COMPETENCIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to function and stay on task in a very busy environment
- Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines
- Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal/external customers
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel
- Proficient in communication, oral and written
- Knowledge of AS400 and Advantage a plus, but not required
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of office administrative experience required
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Ability to stay focused and on task in a busy environment
- Possible local travel to meet retailers in person
