Position Summary: Exterior Tops is responsible for installing siding and windows for our homes

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and pack out exterior siding
• Rout window and door openings
• Prep windows
• Install windows and sliding glass doors
• Hang and secure siding
• Apply Tyvek sheeting to exterior of homes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High attention to Safety - Always follow all company safety protocols and standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to safely use and handle pneumatic nail guns
• Ability to safely use saws
• Ability to safely operate routers
• Demonstrate positive attitude & willingness to help others on the team
• Continuous willingness to learn and grow

Physical Demands & Stresses:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours a day
• Must be able to work in dusty environments (sawdust, insulation, sheet rock dust)
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolds repeatedly throughout workday
• Works in an environment that includes exposure to extreme temperatures and environmental elements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement
• Ability to work bending, kneeling, crouching, and work with your hands above your head
