What You Will Do

The IT Solution Analyst will be part of the IT, Shared Service (SS) SAP department and will be responsible for handling support and ensuring smooth functioning of business operations across Stryker divisions. The analysts would be required to work independently towards maintaining the SAP ERP and also to handle any new requirements from business and providing the solution for the same. The analyst would be managing the strategic partners and owning the SAP solution in PTP domain (Procure To Pay – SAP MM) area. The candidate will be responsible to ensure stable SAP operations, the alignment with the business requirements and the successful deployment of SAP solutions onto Stryker divisions. The type of activities the candidate will be working on is sap solution confirmation, solution design, solution build and enhancements and smooth functioning of business operations.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Should have at least 4 years of SAP MM Module along with exposure to Ariba, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts. Knowledge on Order to Cash, SAP QM and EWM is plus.
  • Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of PTP processes.
  • Working experience on RICEFW realization and should be able to cater and map the business requirements
  •  In depth knowledge of procurement processes integration with other SAP modules EWM, FICO, PS, SD, PM, PP & QM 
  • Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like finance, purchase, inventory management, distribution and Intercompany transfers
  • To participate actively in the design and execution of enhancements and projects in the specific area of competency for Stryker divisions 
  •  The competencies required would be analytical skills, good understanding of business and business processes, skills to gather the business requirement and provide appropriate solution 
  • Knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management.
  • Should ensure and work to keep service management KPIs under control
  • Should be proactive towards working on continuous improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count
  • Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with internationally located teams 
  • Should work as a SPOC in managing internal stakeholders at various level 
  • Should have exposure to governance of managed services supplier
  • Should be able to independently support business operations and also handle enhancements and small projects turning around SAP-MM & ARIBA module 
  • Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment 
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker
  • Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community
  • Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, handling escalation & ensuring process consistency 
  • To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents. 
  • Exposure to ABAP, HANA preferred

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required . 
  • Minimum of 4 years SAP MM Module along with exposure to Ariba, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts. Knowledge on Order to Cash, SAP QM and eWM is a plus.
  • Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of SAP MM- Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong strategic skills with ability and vision to map out “to be” business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones
  • Experienced in Interfaces with SAP & Non – SAP Systems
