Our HR Co-ordinator is the glue that holds everything together. You will provide critical support to the business on HR policies, processes and systems as well as analyse workforce trends and identify and propose strategies to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Providing general advice on conditions of employment and application of HR policy
  • Support for management on changes of staff conditions and organisational changes
  • Create employment contracts, termination letters, transfer letters, salary change notifications, relocation documentation.
  • Partnership with Payroll to ensure transfer of information for employee changes that need to be processed locally.
  • Manage service awards and staff recognition program
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding and termination checklists, etc.)
  • Coordinate New Hire orientation day activities and fully support all stakeholders during the day.
  • Support various HR initiatives (i.e. Flu Vaccination, Information update on the HR Hub, etc.)
  • Keep our systems up to date with accurate data.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
