We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join our Sydney Neurosurgical team.

Your role will involve:

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker’s Neurosurgery portfolio (including spine and neuro) products to meet our customers’ needs.

  • Conduct sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.

  • Provide technical expertise to surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.

  • ​Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A passion for sales, relationship building and the medical/healthcare industry.

  • Previous sales experience required.

  • A strong track record of demonstrated sales performance and achievement.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • High EQ.

  • A drive to succeed combined with your love of the ‘thrill of the chase’ will ensure your success in this role.

  • A passion for learning and self-development
