What You Will Do

As our IT Senior Program Manager you will support our Enterprise Planning and Logistics team which supports our goal of building a world class supply chain to support scaling to $30B.

In this role you will develop program charters and management plans. Direct, manage, monitor, and control programs. Identify, optimize, and maintain inter-program synergy. Evaluate tradeoffs across programs.

· Develop, optimize, and manage inter-program timelines. Analyze and address critical path, major workstreams, intersecting milestones. Own the program schedule

· Create program budgets with cross-functional managers and directors. Optimize, monitor, and maintain costs within budget. Drive project cost efficiencies.

· Partner with project teams to create program Quality Plans, using a multitude of quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans. Mentor others in quality excellence.

· Develop a risk management plan for the program(s). Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan. Mentor others in risk management practices.

· Develop a Procurement Management Plan and be a strategic partner in the selection of procurement partners

· Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources. Leverage resources across programs. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional managers and directors on performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members and functional managers. Recruit and onboard staff; participate on hiring teams for cross-functional groups. May recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and develop direct staff.

· Develop stakeholder relationships and strategies for the effective management across broad range of expectations and requirements

· Develop and Execute communications management plan for program teams and key stakeholders. Create and influence best practices for divisional communications management.


Knowledge and Capabilities:

  • End-to-End Management: Proven ability to manage the entire spectrum of warehousing operations, from receiving and quality control to order fulfillment and shipping, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum efficiency throughout.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies to streamline processes, track inventory, and generate accurate reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

  • Process Optimization: Track record of identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the warehousing process, implementing strategic solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with various teams, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, fostering a cohesive environment that supports the end-to-end supply chain.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in inventory management, order picking, and shipping, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting challenges that arise in warehousing operations, using a combination of technical expertise and critical thinking to devise effective solutions.

  • Leadership Abilities: Experience in leading and motivating warehouse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness, and operational excellence.

  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, showcasing the ability to adapt strategies and tactics to meet changing business demands and market conditions.

  • Metrics-Driven: Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess warehousing performance, leveraging data to identify trends and make data-backed recommendations for further optimization.



What You Will Need

  • BS or equivalent (MS and/or MBA preferred) and 10+ years of work experience required
  • PMP or PgMP or equivalent preferred
  • Warehousing Expertise highly preferred - Demonstrated experience in overseeing the complete warehousing process, showcasing an in-depth understanding of inventory management, storage optimization, and distribution strategies.
  • Third Party Logistics experience highly preferred
  • Business Process experience highly preferred

Travel Percentage: 30%
