Work Flexibility: Field-based

  • Allocates work to the OnSite team to ensure daily customer expectations are met, as well as ensuring that every team member, including self, is adhering to quality and productivity requirements of the task/services/information.  
  • Responsible for building out an onboarding guide for new hires and tailoring the onboarding process to each new hires learning style. Ensures all new hires/team members are credentialed and compliant with account.  
  • Serves as a resource for team and supports day-to-day engagement, performance and activities.  
  • Consistently facilitates, leads, and actively participates in team building activities. 
  • Responsible for escalating all performance and/or behavioral concerns/incidents to the Regional Supervisor in a timely manner. May assist with writing and delivering corrective action and common annual review.  
  • Must have a solid foundation of clinical expertise and is able to share that expertise with a wide array of audience, functional knowledge of SPD & OR. Significant understanding of surgeon preference. 
  • Provides in-service training at the request of the customer. 
  • Good understanding of Joint Commission requirements and managing that for the team and account. 
  • Understands the business metrics and Identifies areas of improvement and/or cost savings for customers. 
  • Responsible for the fee per case submission and tracker, if necessary.  
  • Communication must be proactive, clear, and complete. Information exchange requires tact and diplomacy and must with the appropriate account stakeholders given the circumstance. 
  • Attends and participates in continuing education webinars throughout the year.  
  • Creates and conducts team huddle; update huddle board/tracker daily (or on regular weekly cadence for small teams). 
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Stryker equipment and or other related devices. 
  • Partners with surgeons, surgical staff, central processing, biomedical and/or all related personnel to improve surgical outcomes.  
  • Must accurately and honestly record and report data metrics related to all specific job functions on a monthly basis, including all surgical procedure information. 
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information to ensure continuous high levels of service at the account, including all vendor credentialing required by the account for self and team. 
  • Escalates safety and quality issues to initiate remedial action. 
  • Actively partners with fellow Team Leads across nation to drive standardization and continuous improvement across regional lines. 
  • Adheres to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards and procedures. Ensures specialists are adhering to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards and procedures; escalates any violations to the Regional Supervisor. 
  • Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility. 
  • Adhere to (HIPAA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.  
  • Provide support/coverage on all shifts at your assigned account, as well as provide support/coverage at other account in and outside your region; other shifts might include on-call, overnight, and weekends; other accounts might require overnight travel.
