Job Overview

This position provides support to maximize opportunities within our Supply Chain team and broader stakeholder groups, including other Operations teams, Commercial and Finance.  This role will involve day-to-day collaboration to drive assigned projects to completion as well as support functional activities.  This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Operations team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.

Responsibilities

Individual Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data optimization projects and cleanup activities  such as open purchase order reviews, shipments discrepancies, returns, ETAs to support operational efficiency.
  • Run reports and prepare analyses for team, upon request.
  • Pull information from ERP to assist with daily customer requirements
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team
  • Provide support to other positions within Operations, as required
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset.
  • Experience with shared communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is an asset.
  • High-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning.
  • Highly service oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize work
  • Must be extremely detail oriented

Education & Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in progress
  • Experience in Supply chain is an asset
