Job Overview
This position provides support to maximize opportunities within our Customer Service team and broader stakeholder groups, including other Operations teams, Commercial and Finance. This role will involve daily collaboration to drive assigned projects to completion and support functional activities. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Operations team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.
Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities:
- Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results
Functional Responsibilities:
- Assist with process documentation creation and updates to ensure accurate information for the team while maintaining quality requirements
- Assist with data optimization projects and cleanup activities such as open sales order reviews, shipments forecasting. ETAs to support operational efficiency.
- Run reports and prepare analyses for the team, upon request.
- Pull information from ERP to assist with daily customer requirements
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team
- Provide support to other positions within Operations, as required
- Other duties assigned by manager

- Abide by and support the policies set forth in the Stryker Code of Conduct

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data
- Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset
- Experience with shared communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is an asset
- High-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning
- Highly service oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience
- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize work
- Must be extremely detail oriented
Education & Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in progress
- Experience in Customer Service is an asset
