What you will do

NMS works directly with a Sales Rep or JR Team to cover Mako cases, work within RepSuite and overall scan management in multiple territories across the country for employees on leaves of absence and when otherwise needed by the business.  The NMS will directly report to Senior Manager, LEAP but indirectly report to local Mako Manager and JR GM.  When not deployed the NMS will assist and train with a local JR team and execute all necessary MPS functions for that team.  Field assignments can be as short as two weeks or up to 3 months.

What you need

  • 4-year degree or equivalent required.
  • Required Certifications: PKA, THA and TKA
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required. 2+ years’ work experience preferred.
  • Must be able to handle routine overnight travel on short notice, for extended periods of time.
  • Up to 90% overnight travel annually.
  • Proven customer service skills that focus on the details, outputs and deliverables that have a strong surgeon customer impact.
  • Proven ability to show agility and leadership in responding to new or rapidly changing situations.

  • Must have command of all products, including functionality, features, and factors that differentiate Stryker products from its competitors’ products, and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer.
