As the IT Sr. Manager, Supplier Strategy and Relationship Management you will establish and manage IT supplier strategy, including 3rd party supplier relationships, establishing and managing master agreements with strategic suppliers, ensuring delivery of services to contracts, managing disputes and governing strategic forums between suppliers and IT leadership.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for the IT supplier strategy and supplier management processes.  Defines the supplier management policy and strategy including management framework to manage service providers to deliver value for money to IT.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and IT with the goal of creating convergence between IT services and business needs and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Focus on Strategic Supplier Relationship Management including performance, relationship, process standards, compliance, Service Level Management, Issues/Disputes management and governance framework.
• Govern Stryker and Suppliers in strategic oversight of service delivery, contract changes, innovations and issue escalation.
• Establish and manage strategic forums and roadmap reviews.
• Establish, negotiate, and manage master agreements with strategic suppliers to ensure value of the supplier ecosystem.
• Manage communications between suppliers and IT ensuring the right level of engagement and messaging between parties.
• Manage escalation and arbitration of relationship and contractual issues if other avenues fail.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to establish, prioritize and track strategic requirements.
• Help establish common goals between key stakeholders and suppliers supporting IT’s strategic roadmap.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience in managing/engaging with suppliers required.
• 5+ years of experience managing suppliers strongly preferred.
• 5+ year’s work experience in Contracts, IT or Regulatory Compliance role preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
