Work Flexibility: Remote

This is a management position that contributes and achieves results through others. The role is responsible for managing a team of field service professionals and vendors within the Rocky Mountain region and requires 50% US based travel.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth
  • Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers
  • You will champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
  • Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them more efficient

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 years of relevant work experience and people leadership
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

$94,100 - $154,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
