As a Senior Marketing Associate at Stryker's Enabling Technologies business , you will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on launching cutting edge technologies in the Medical Device field. This role is based in Leesburg, VA with up to 70% travel.

What you will do

• Support sales activities for the Enabling Technologies portfolio including sales demos, case coverage and trials
• Be the subject matter expert for Q Guidance with Spine Guidance software and field technical questions
• Intimately understand the customers for the product or portfolio, including attitudes and behaviors
• Advocate on the customer's behalf and influence product or portfolio changes based on customer feedback
• Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses
• Understand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service
• Support in the construction of the marketing plan with specific analysis and collaborate in the development of key strategic initiatives
• Responsible for setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin
• Partner with Marketing Communications to develop a communications approach for the product or portfolio, including routing collateral
• Understand the different marketing channel strategies and associated business implications
• Track and report results/KPIs to leadership and sales

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA preferred
• 2+ years of work experience required
• Medical device experience required

Travel Percentage: 70%
