What you will do-

The Associate Logistics Manager is responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of clerical/technical and production staff. Responsibilities include:

• Provide daily functional leadership and direction to the distribution team to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives through consistent coordination of quality on-time deliveries that are cost effective and provide a positive customer experience. 

• Responsible for compliance to the Stryker Quality System and Stryker Financial rules regarding inventory and revenue recognition management.  

• Responsible for the performance of the Distribution Unit. 

• Identify and execute strategic initiatives to ensure ability to meet future growth.

• Responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of clerical/technical and production staff. 

• Work cross functionally with the customer service, sales, finance, quality, human resources, IT and operations team to achieve Stryker mission, vision and objectives. 

• Responsible for setting and achieving inventory management, quality, cost and delivery service objectives. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures (Stryker Quality System, FDA, FAA, OSHA, etc.) 

What you need-

• Bachelor’s degree- required

• 6+ years of experience- required

• Process and project improvement experience- highly preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%
