What you will do-
The Associate Logistics Manager is responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of clerical/technical and production staff. Responsibilities include:
Provide daily functional leadership and direction to the distribution team to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives through consistent coordination of quality on-time deliveries that are cost effective and provide a positive customer experience.
Responsible for compliance to the Stryker Quality System and Stryker Financial rules regarding inventory and revenue recognition management.
Responsible for the performance of the Distribution Unit.
Identify and execute strategic initiatives to ensure ability to meet future growth.
Responsible for the selection, supervision, development, engagement and objective achievement for the distribution team consisting of clerical/technical and production staff.
Work cross functionally with the customer service, sales, finance, quality, human resources, IT and operations team to achieve Stryker mission, vision and objectives.
Responsible for setting and achieving inventory management, quality, cost and delivery service objectives.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures (Stryker Quality System, FDA, FAA, OSHA, etc.)
What you need-
Bachelor’s degree- required
6+ years of experience- required
Process and project improvement experience- highly preferred
