What You Will Do:

• Gather and analyze post implementation data solutions trending to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Ownership of activities that lead to improvements in the professional services customer experience.

• Communicate with Customers, Commercial Operations, Field Service, Technical Support, Sales Support, Sales and Marketing organizations to gather information necessary to carry out customer experience investigations.
• Provide outstanding support with customer experience investigation updates to internal and external customers.
• Work with multifunctional teams (Ex: R&D, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Implementation, Field Service, and Sales) to drive resolution for data solution products and services issues.
• Support and communicate with complaint handling function to ensure trending information is accurate and up to date.

• Support engineering quality assurance engineering responsibilities after launch with post implementation monitoring and voice of customer.
• Provide post implementation trending for data solutions product and services to the organization.
• As necessary provide on sight troubleshooting and investigation resolution.
• Triage nonmedical device complaint customer and sales inquiries for resolution.
• Subject matter expert across Emergency Care products.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or another technical field
• 4 plus years of related experience

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a regulated environment
• Experience investigating, troubleshooting and root causing
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to solve problems in a high stress situation and to make effective decisions.
• Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
• Eagerness to assist internal and external customers.
• Manage projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to conduct and document technical investigation.

Travel Percentage: 20%
