As the Associate Manager, Customer Intelligence, you will manage the delivery of analytics solutions that convert internal Stryker data into insights about our Stryker customers in the US for our Customer Solutions organization at Stryker.

What you will do

  • Provide technical and project leadership in the team's day-to-day project portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a team of data analytics professionals while providing technical and project leadership in the team's day-to-day project portfolios. 
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to develop financial impacts for existing projects and evaluating new opportunities.
  • Orchestrate collaboration with Stryker enterprise across functions to leverage domain expertise and capabilities.
  • Manage expectations on timing and scope of project work.

  • Identify opportunities and lead discussions where data can be applied to real-world business opportunities with key stakeholders.

  • Mentor and coach data analytics colleagues in developing their skills.
  • Demonstrate creative ability to recommend visualizations of data that empower key business stakeholders more easily interpret complex information and quickly identify key insights.
  • Orchestrate presentations and communications through effective conveying of complex analyses up to the leadership level.
  • Lead and mentor others in root cause/problem solving efforts.

What you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics Data Science, Business Management or related field with applicable data analytic work experience required.
  • 6+ years of work experience required.
  • Master's Degree or higher in related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with project management required.
  • Experienced/Advanced with a variety of data visualization techniques and best practices (e.g. correlation heat maps, bubble charts, etc) required.
  • Proven record of managing end-to-end data analytics projects: from problem and requirements definition to validation and deployment required.
  • Advanced experience in at least one Business Intelligence (BI) technologies such as Power BI or Tableau required.
  • Experience in identifying the most appropriate visual tool for a particular use case and project required.

$98,000 - $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
