Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
*This role is on a hybrid schedule with the expectation to be onsite at our Portage, MI office 1-2x week
As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will support our Instruments division's trial pool equipment reporting through continuous communication with our sales teams.

What you will do:
- Develop and improve Power BI reports that monitor trial pool assets.
- Track trial pool inventory turns, monitor the inventory size and adjusting when necessary.
- Providing insight to sales leadership concerning open vs delinquent trials.
- Utilize trial pool data to create parameters for individual / regional sample holds.
- Coordinate with Demand, Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, and Finance around the inventory to be used, orders to be placed, new product launches, and trialing strategies.
- Quarterly reviews with leadership presenting key performance indicators and process improvements.
- Communicating issues / opportunities with Finance and Sales Leadership (VP, Area Director, Regional Managers)
- Monitor UAP PO’s and orders; create invoices.
- Monthly reviews of Authorized program with third party and key leadership stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Compliance, Strategic Sales).
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with SAP and Power BI preferred
- Customer service or customer-oriented call center type environment preferred
- Business analyst or marketing analyst experience preferred
- Business support experience preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a global organization
