What you will do:

The Digital Marketing Lead will use their talent and expertise in the digital space to achieve communication goals within the Marketing & Sales Enablement Team located within the Joint Replacement division. The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, and driven and will be responsible for spearheading our CRM and email marketing initiatives, playing a crucial role in engaging and nurturing relationships with our diverse audience. This role will also be instrumental in the architecting and construction of landing pages within our enterprise CMS that educate HCP, Patient and key decision makers based on their individual needs.  

This is a Hybrid position, you are required to come to the office once a week

  • Manage day to day execution of CRM Strategy and e-mail marketing strategy to enhance HCP, C-Suite, and patient engagement and loyalty, educate through drip campaigns and drive users to take action through defined conversion points

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing

  • Hands-on management of end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and analysis

  • Architect and build landing pages through CMS that can properly educate and driving tangible leads for the business where applicable

  • Draft compelling and targeted email content and website content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and industry compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and segment target audiences for personalized communication.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM and email marketing campaigns.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.

  • Explore, recommend, and implement automation tools to streamline CRM processes and enhance marketing efficiency across the tech stack

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 4+ years of work experience required

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and e-mail marketing platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, Klaviyo, Oracle NetSuite CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot, and Mailchimp is highly desirable.

  • Experience in building webpages through Content Management Systems (CMS) including but not limited to: Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc. is preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
