Profile Summary
The Tax Accountant will be a subject matter expert in Irish Tax Regulations and provide intelligent and creative solutions for tax and accounting matters, both re-actively and proactively and presenting solutions to complex technical issues. Monitor and drive critical analysis and accountability for all tax and financial compliance requirements across a number of sites in different locations, teaming with multi-functional groups across the Regional Headquarters and Ireland legal entities. Drive interaction with our external tax advisors and finance teams to achieve the highest possible compliance for our Irish operations.

What you will do
Liaise with our external auditors and produce complex financial statements for our European operations in a timely manner.
Preparation of Corporate financial and tax packages.
Assist in the cost accounting and inventory management for our European operations.
Actively drive process improvements supported by robust and concise documentation.
Ensuring all SOX and internal audit controls are adhered.
Design and implement new procedures along with re-engineering processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure processes meet business objectives as efficiently as possible. Lead projects to drive any such improvements.
Lead technical accounting projects and new system implementations.
Participate in delivery and development of finance training for cross functional teams.
Liaise and interact with our European Finance Shared Service team.
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
Tax qualified
5 years experience in a tax role.
Strong analytical skills, ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
PC Literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
