Account Service Representative (Hybrid) – 1st Shift - California, Los Angeles Surrounding Virtual Address

What you will do –

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships
• Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
• Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
• Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time
• Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
• Conduct research and fact-finding as needed to provide support to stakeholders
• Maintain organization of documentation and record-keeping

What you need –

• 2+ years of experience – required
• High school diploma or GED – required
• Associate or Bachelors degree – preferred
• Experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – preferred
• Clear and concise communication skills - required
• Passion for best-in-class customer service and ability to make customers promoters of our products and services – required
• Drive to dig into the details of customer issues to solve problems proactively – required
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs – required

$19.58 – 32.04 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
