We are currently seeking a Senior Label Development Specialist to support Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio. This is a remote US based role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Senior Label Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Unique Device Identification (UDI) compliant Label Development business initiatives for growth and sustaining product launches. You will interface cross functionally with teams internally and externally to align objectives and timelines.

Additional responsibilities of the role include:

• Support standardizations activities to improve global labeling objectives across department functions, this includes device identification, label data, equipment requirements and configuration management to improve US labeling operations in compliance with our organizations global quality policy and company values.
• Manage changes to label & UDI data as needed according to related Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, transform and verify correctness of label content.
• Responsible for procedural updates- implementing and maintaining.
• Work closely with label customers to support departmental and business needs.
• Identify, develop, and manage continuous improvement activities regarding Label Development processes.
• Resolve non-conformance internal/ supplier issues by identifying root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of label tools.
• Train end users in label software processes.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Preferred:

• Quality, regulatory, label, data management or similar role experience desired.
• Knowledge of Regulatory/UDI/Label requirements.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to draw insights from data quickly and to define executable actions.

$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
