What you will do:
As our Sr. Mgr. Sales Territory Business Process Owner and Incentive Compensation, you will work on a transformation program delivering a cross functional ERP solution inclusive of inter-connected Global applications. You will own the global process design for Sales Territory alignment processes and the corresponding incentive-based commissioning and compensation processing. You will collaborate with Senior Leaders and subject matter experts at Stryker’s Divisions, Centers of Excellence, and geographies with a goal of advancing harmonized business processes that aligns to our global application roadmap with a bias toward standard functionality. Additionally, you will work to understand as-is processes, drives acceptance of the Commercial template solution while addressing business requirements for new or evolving capabilities.
• Responsible for the timely completion of project activities within the Territory management & Incentive Comp. workstream, focused primarily on Global template design delivery, including process harmonization, requirements capture, Business confirmation and final design lock.
• Understand their business process in scope of the end-to-end (E2E) and collaborates with other BPOs, E2E, Solution architects to drive complete solution adoption.
• Lead business process design, and accompanying solution design with Lead Solution Architect partner, for assigned area with specific bias toward embracing standard functionality
• Drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities
• Partners with Global Process Governance Owners to ensure the integrity of the global template through enhancement cycles
• In collaboration with the Accelerate Change Management group, create an appropriate change management strategy to drive both the technology deployment and the business process changes in the Release organization
• Facilitate decisions and the completion of the solution design and key configurations
• Works closely with systems integrator and provides input into the configuration of the system
What you need:
• BS, BA preferred, however in lieu of a degree, an additional 6 years of work experience will be accepted.
• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience across multiple process areas and 4+ years of sub-process experience
• Experience working with SAP Commissions, Varicent or CaptivateIQ or Xactly is strongly preferred
• Experience strategically and tactically determining sales territory definition, working directly with sales or finance leadership
• Experience utilizing historical data and other KPI to develop Sales territory Quotas, working directly with sales or finance leadership
• Knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management and training impacts to large groups
• Prior experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs
• $126,000 - $279,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
